The operation concerns the development and installation of an electronic training platform (which will support both synchronous and asynchronous training) for the human resources of the National Crisis and Hazard Management Mechanism and the public, the design and development of appropriate training programmes and digital content, as well as the provision of asynchronous training services.
This includes mapping the current situation regarding educational material already in use (training programmes, educational media) with the aim of recording new needs, designing appropriate curricula and individual educational programmes adapted to the requirements of target groups (volunteers, executives, citizens, etc.) with a focus on different specialties, the existing level of knowledge, etc. and the development of digital educational material for asynchronous education using interactive technologies. In addition, the e-learning platform, the repository platform for educational material and the digital portal platform will be developed, installed and configured. Finally, asynchronous education services, analysis, design and application development services to support educational processes as well as project management services will be provided.
